The pretty little 1921 bungalow was demolished to build a 34 foot tall, 4,900 sq ft luxury duplex.

Another million-dollar infill development. Another 60+ tons of original growth Oregon forest to the landfill. Another dot on the city's demolition map (below) Another century-old Portland house sacrificed for development profits and destructive density.
