Mann House Project Update

We have some more images from the Mann House project design, that is currently under review by the Historic Landmarks Commission. This rendering shows the proposed new East Building, the eventual new South Building, and the major trees that will be preserved on the property.

This rendering shows the proposed East Building, which will provide some 38 one-bedroom affordable and 8 two bedroom affordable units.

The East Building will be screened from NE 33rd St by the existing large trees and high hedges.

This rendering shows the proposed future South Building. This will be between the current Mann House building and the church.

The extensive parking on the property will be retained, as shown in the next sketch, along with additional parking under the South Building.
