Slides From The January 30 LNA Meeting

The title of this post is a misnomer. The agenda for the January 30, 2018 LNA General Meeting was so packed that the LNA's consultant, PMA, was not able to present these slides. Instead, the PMA project leader, Kristen Minor, gave a short presentation sans slides and answered questions.
